GlamifiedSales replaces the quotation book and the separate invoice pad. A quotation becomes an invoice in one step, a receipt stays linked to the invoice it settles, and what a customer still owes is a number you can look up rather than work out.
It runs on your own machine and keeps working without a connection, which matters when a customer is standing in front of you.

Customers and products

Documents
- A quotation is a price offered, valid until a date you set
- Once issued a quotation can be marked Accepted or Expired, or converted straight into an invoice
- Invoices, with VAT handled correctly whether or not you are registered
- Receipts, including part-payments against an invoice
- Delivery notes tied to the invoice they belong to
- Draft and issued are deliberately different: a draft can be edited, an issued document cannot
Getting paid
- Outstanding balance per customer, calculated rather than remembered
- Part-payments recorded against the invoice, with the balance carried
- Payments recorded as cash, Airtel Money, MTN Money, Zamtel Kwacha, bank transfer or direct debit, with the transaction or reference number kept against the receipt
- Ageing of what is owed, so the oldest debt is visible
Corrections and audit
- An issued document is corrected by a credit note, not by editing history
- Every document keeps its number, its date and who issued it
- Audit log of changes
